Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be new and unused.

  • It must be in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Exchanges

We happily accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at the email above to arrange the process.

Method & Fees

  • Return Method: All returns must be shipped back to us by mail.

  • Return Shipping Label: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning their items. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive your full refund amount.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
